Urology Consultants was founded to change how patients experience urological oncology care.
At the center of this approach is Dr. Christopher Williams, who serves as The UroCoach. His role is to guide patients through complex medical decisions with clarity, structure, and experience gained over more than 20 years in urological oncology.
Many patients facing cancer diagnoses are asked to process large amounts of information in a short time. This often leads to confusion and uncertainty at exactly the moment clarity is most needed.

Dr. Christopher Williams brings together academic training, clinical experience, and decades of urological oncology expertise to help patients interpret their diagnosis, understand their options, and move forward with confidence.
Meet Your UroCoach
Dr. Christopher Williams
Dr. Christopher Williams is a urological oncologist with more than two decades of experience evaluating and managing complex urological conditions and cancers. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and did his general surgery internship and residency training at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He completed his fellowship at the National Cancer Institute Urological Oncology Program at the National Institutes of Health.
As your UroCoach, Dr. Williams educates you on the need for proper evaluations, helps you understand your diagnosis, and works with you to determine if more testing is needed.
He will be there to help you understand your options and what they look like for your situation. During your consultations, you’ll work with Dr. Williams to establish a plan of action that accounts for your diagnosis, desires, lifestyle, and more.
